Benefit Query lets you find precise, accurate, current, and detailed benefit information – and deliver it to an array of users. It lets you search and display the benefits related to any plan; present details specific to plans, products, programs, insured parties, or groups; and generate customizable output such as scripts for call centers, benefit summaries, coding, contracts, and certificates of coverage.

Benefit Query makes it possible for your users to:

• Search and display plans by ID, Group Number, and sub-group, with Date-of-Service or As-of-Date.
• View terminated plans, as well as plan histories.
• Display configured plan options and benefits, with benefit scripts that attach customer service wording to plan components.
• Support provider and network inquires, with exact terms of coverage.
• Supplement benefit summaries with secondary information such as applicable mandates and medical policy administrative instructions.
• Resolve benefits if a service or procedure is covered by multiple plans.
• Control audits by showing plan information based on Date of Service and As of Date, logging the information shown to users.
